Paper Collage

I have always wanted to be someone who could make art with a medium other than words, but I have never had the patience to practice any art form long enough to get better. I enjoy doodling or making random little artsy things, but it is more for my own joy than for public consumption. Collage is the one artsy endeavor that I embrace fully. There is something very meditative about choosing the layers, cutting carefully, and glueing. For someone who has never been able to commit to drawing or painting, collage is the perfect artistic outlet for me.
